allison and benjamin are two awesome people who were absolutely meant to be together. they found each other. it's like magic watching them. benjamin is a badass tennis player, and allison is an artist. a very very good one. we hit up the heights, and enjoyed ourselves even in the rain. fate brought us to a parking garage/tennis court. benjamin was VERY excited.

cameron is awesome. he's been my second shooter for the past year and a half. and he's been my very good friend for the last year. an amazing dude, and an amazing artist to boot. his wife is brittany. she's beautiful, and funnier than cameron. they have 2 dogs.another, on FILM :)

getting film back makes me happy. these guys are happy.

you know those trips you take in your life, and you'll absolutely never forget them? the ones that you remember 20, 30 years later? this was one of those trips. a few blog posts give it no justice whatsoever but i am going to do my best with the words i have here, and the documentation i'm going to provide. this will all prove that this was by far the best f'ing trip to marfa ever. it even beats beyonce. tip: if you go with a ton of friends, or maybe 1 other friend..stay at the friggin' el cosmico. its amazing. its exactly how marfa should always be enjoyed.this trip completely allow me to let loose creatively; document my friends throughout a 3 day period. not only did i take a few photos, but was really dedicated to creating my first video from this trip. i'll be posting that shortly also. enjoy for now :)

Over the past few years, I've heard so many photographer friends preach how important personal work is. How important it is to continue to define your style through shooting your life. Pushing your passion further and further.

I know Mad Max isn't exactly Steam Punk but it definitely has some remnants of it...its one of my favorite movies of all time and I couldn't help but feel I was in the Mad Max world throughout this day. This wedding was..well..absolutely different, gorgeous, romantic, and remarkably fun.

Another installment of Black and White Thursday in Austin, Texas at the Allan House. The guys are two amazing not to throw up immediately.

There is a certain part of this state of Texas that is quite magical to me. Recently, Laura and Warren's wedding brought me out this magical area to witness two of the most genuine humans I've photographed. Events like these make realize just how lucky I am to have the ability to gift what I can. To capture meaningful moments with my vision and they be liked is..well..really awesome. I appreciate every second of it.A wedding like this also makes me realize how important our friends and family around us are. Take some time, tell your wife, girlfriend, best friend that you love them. Hug them. Tell someone they look nice today. I know I will.

An awesome couple got married at one of my favorite places in Houston; The Grove in downtown Houston. It was beautiful.
