excited i can finally post these. you might remember carmen from the engagement session i posted with her and eddie. let me just say that carmen is a very special woman. beautiful, as you can see. intelligent, funny, and most important of all..loving. i saw this while spending time with her and eddie at our engagement session, and at their wedding a few weeks ago. that day was quite magical. those are coming soon. enjoy :)

when misty first emailed me about their wedding; she mentioned that it would be a small, intimate affair. the word intimate made it feel right. after meeting up with her and chris, i knew it was something i had to do. the day was quite perfect; enjoy. congratulations to misty & chris :)

i'll just say this. the wedding is going to be astronomically awesome. march 31st, 2011. until then we took some engagement pictures at the 7F lodge in college station, texas .advice: if you have a wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend, lover..WHATEVER. take them to this place. spend a weekend. get out of the city..RELAX, and turn off you iphone. i can't wait until i have that opportunity.pentax 67

West Point, New YorkBrittany has been a good friend of mine over the past few years. Seth is an incredible athlete (West Point football), and an amazing dude..currently serving in Afghanistan.Beautiful couple with beautiful hearts.

it was incredibly hard to even pick a preview; not sure how i'm going to pick a picture to post. these shoot was wild..everything from the gorgeous light we had..to strangers letting us ride their horses..YES HORSES!

as you can see, these guys like to have fun. incredible personalities. chad IS a chicago sports fan..but you can't win'm all :) their wedding is less than 4 weeks away..pumped!

moving is a great thing. sometimes you lose stuff..and sometimes you find things. during my recent moving process I came up on these beautiful pictures of VJ & Nicole during their engagement session. PS..I LOVE medium format.

Had a great time with this beautiful family of Margaret, Andrew..and the little guy who stole the show..Sawyer. Those EYES! And yes..he's as well mannered as he is adorable.

Very odd start to this; I'm shopping in JCrew..looking for a new "wedding" out fit. Something that I can't sweat through 3 times in one night..and Alan was working there at the time..and assisted me in finding a badass get up. Once conversation led to another; we exchanged #'s and email addresses..and the next thing I know I'm meeting up with Alan and his super photogenic fiance, Hazel. I wanted to find a rad spot for them..and I think we pulled it just fine!

I've been dying to post these. If you follow my work, you've seen VJ & Nicole featured in the past. They are were married in Weimer, Texas at the St. Cyril & Methodious Catholic Church. As you can see, they are both ridiculously good looking; and along with that they both have hearts of gold. Not much else to say..I think the pictures speak for themselves!

See, I told you guys I'd blog more. I'm starting here. With another tiny preview.These guys both rocked. We didn't have the best weather in the world (Houston is dreary right now), but we definitely had fun :) Wait until you see these guys style..very adorable. Until then, here you are :)

I have to admit..my friend Lauren brought it to my attention that I haven't blogged in 30 days!!! Things have been busy..needless to say. 2010 was really an AMAZING year for me. I owe it to all of my friends who believed in me to get this thing off the ground. I really appreciate all the people who have pushed me along the way with your kind words. It keeps me going..

You'll be seeing more of these guys soon; I was lucky enough to photograph their wedding in early November in Weimer, Texas. Can't wait to show those ;) This is definitely a special couple. VJ is a commercial real estate photographer, and Nicole works for CPS. Some of the nicest people I have met; and oh yah..they are ALL over each other. So cute! :)
